SCRAP’s 10 Measures Against Covid-19

What is The “Go To Event” campaign?

The aim of The “Go To Event” campaign is to help stimulate demand for businesses, especially those of art, culture and sports, that have been heavily affected by the spread of Covid-19, through the use of coupons and discounts.
In addition, through this initiative, we encourage people involved in events related to culture, arts and sports to implement measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and create new event styles that avoid the risks of a sealed indoor space, large capacity, and close contact with one another. We will continue to encourage the promotion and establishment of business styles that go in line with the "new lifestyle" during this time.

【What is The “Go To Event” campaign?】

This is an economic policy implemented by the Japanese government to stimulate domestic demand for tourism and dining out.

Important points to note when purchasing tickets

*Be sure to read this carefully before buying tickets

Campaign Conditions

The campaign’s discounts only apply to tickets purchased after the campaign was launched.

Refunds

We are not able to refund the difference in ticket price (after discount) for tickets that were purchased before the campaign started.
In addition, tickets for a game to be played on a date outside the campaign period will also not be applicable for the discount.

Discounts

All ticket prices will be subject to a 20% discount.
E.g. If the ticket costs 3,500 JPY, the final price will be 2,800 JPY (700 JPY discount).

Group Tickets

What is a Group Ticket?
A ticket that guarantees that you and your friends will be put in the same group, and allows entry to any number of players between 1~10.

- Discount for Group Tickets are as follows:

E.g. If the ticket costs 20,400 JPY, the final price will be 18,400 JPY.

*Although it is stated that all tickets are subject to a 20% discount, the upper limit for this is 2,000 JPY per ticket. Therefore, Group Tickets that cost over 10,000 JPY will get a fixed discount of 2,000 JPY.

While the campaign also applies to Group Tickets, since the discount rate per ticket is set, the discount rate for a Group Ticket may be lower than when purchasing the same number of individual tickets.

In the case that several tickets are purchased individually instead of a Group Ticket

- Since the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at one time is 5 tickets, tickets may get sold out during the time taken to book it.
- Please note that in the case you are unable to purchase the desired number of tickets before they sell out, we will not be able to cancel or refund previously booked tickets for which payment has been made.
- There is a chance that you and your friends will not be put in the same team (for hall-type games).

Important Points for the case where several tickets are purchased individually instead of a Group Ticket

According to The “Go To Event” campaign rules, the maximum number of player spots that can be purchased in bulk is 10.
Please note that even if you purchase a Group Ticket, the limit will be 10 players.
Therefore, the number of group tickets that can be purchased depends on the game/event.
No. of tickets bookable per registered name:

- 10-Player Group Ticket: 1 Ticket per name
- 7-Player Group Ticket: 1 Ticket per name
- 6-Player Group Ticket: 1 Ticket per name
- 5-Player Group Ticket: 2 Tickets per name
- 4-Player Group Ticket: 2 Tickets per name
- Trio Ticket: 3 Tickets per name

On-The-Day Tickets & Over The Counter Purchases

The “Go To Event” campaign also applies to tickets that can be purchased over the counter at stores, including On-The-Day tickets.
In that case, please sign the consent form for participation in The “Go To Event” campaign and agreement to cooperate to prevent the spread of covid-19 infections at the store. We will require you to submit your name and contact information.
It may be crowded depending on the time of day, so please come with ample time to spare.
