【Guidelines for Live Streaming and Video Content Creation】

These guidelines are intended for streamers and content creators who wish to share the appeal of “66 Confessions of St.Pinel Castle”. Our aim is to help you create content safely and with confidence by clarifying rules and important notes. Please review and follow the guidelines below.

◆ Permission for Streaming & Posting ◆

We allow live streaming, gameplay videos, and still image posting of “66 Confessions of St.Pinel Castle” (hereafter referred to as the Game).

・Platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Niconico, and X (formerly Twitter) are permitted.
・This includes both the Demo version and the full game.

◆ Monetization ◆

・Commercial use or use for direct profit is not allowed.
・However, use of official monetization systems provided by video-sharing platforms (e.g. YouTube Partner Program, Twitch monetization, Niconico Creator Support, Super Chat, etc.) is permitted.

◆ Important Notes ◆

・All posts and videos must include your own commentary, reactions, or other creative input.
・In-game text may be quoted but should be kept to a minimum.
・If your content includes spoilers, clearly indicate this in the video title, description, or at the start of the post. Do not include spoiler content directly in the title or thumbnail itself.
・Always include the following information in your video description or article:

・Please set your posts to “Public” visibility.
・Spoiler posts are prohibited on social media. Please be considerate of new players. Non-spoiler impressions or reviews are welcome (in which case these guidelines do not apply).
・Do not post any material (images, illustrations, music, scenarios, etc.) in a way that could be mistaken as your own original work.
・Content that violates public order and morals, or breaches these guidelines, may be subject to takedown requests. Please comply promptly if requested.

The entire game may be streamed and posted.
Please mark spoiler content with “Contains Spoilers” in the title or description whenever possible.
Spoiler-inclusive content (videos, screenshots, text) may be posted on the following platforms:

・Twitch
・Mirrativ

・Blogs and websites where spoiler tags can be indicated

 

Not permitted on:

・Paywalled sites or services
・18+ or adult-only platforms
・Sites that violate public order or morals
・Platforms related to religious, political, or antisocial activities

◆ Prohibited Actions ◆

The following are strictly prohibited:

・Redistributing, modifying, or re-editing this content as a separate product
・Extracting and redistributing only assets such as images, video, or audio data
・Content that includes slander, discriminatory, or antisocial expressions
・Content that significantly harms the Game’s image
・Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the publisher

◆ FAQ ◆

Q1: What kind of videos can I upload?
A1: Videos and screenshots with your own commentary, reactions, or analysis are allowed. Reuploads of other creators’ work are not permitted.

Q2: Can I livestream?
A2: Yes. Both pre-recorded and live content are allowed, and archiving is also permitted.

Q3: Can companies upload content?
A3: Yes. Both individuals and organizations may post content as long as they comply with these guidelines.

Q4: Can spoiler content be monetized?
A4: Yes, if guidelines are followed, revenue via ads or donations is permitted. However, private sales or non-public distribution is prohibited.

Q5: Can multiple people play together on stream?
A5: Yes. You can share the stream and play together, but each participant must own the game. Please note that the game does not support official online multiplayer features.
